A Next.js web application where users create a personal AI agent in 60 seconds. The agent learns your communication style, handles messages on your behalf, schedules meetings, and keeps you in control with an approval workflow. The platform supports a marketplace of specialist agents and a custom protocol (AgentLink) for agent-to-agent communication.
This project was discovered through my AI Opportunity Scanner — an automated system that found the Clawathon AI coding challenge on Twitter. I entered the challenge and built HeyAgent from concept to deployed web app. The project uses a multi-agent development team: Jubei (PM/strategy), Lovely (frontend development), with me directing the vision. It demonstrated how AI-native development can compete against traditional teams.
